conference is going to be interested, Beach has established itself as teh favorite going in
Cal Poly lost in 5 to #12 ASU, after losing in 5 to #200 Santa Clara, lol
Poly will still be tough, regardless, as well UCSB who lost to Pepperdine
plus, Sac State and I think Northridge is going to be a tough out. Northridge has a couple good athletes, a solid coach, and a big block so Wazzou was a good prep for that. Conference will have challenges. Maybe UCSD will develop. just the RPI for the Big West is in the toilet this year.
play the game in front of them and get thru next week. pretty exciting start to the season, 8-2 is fantastic. great team of players playing their role

maybe Hope was losing a bit of elevation
Wazzou was sending everything back with a huge block
and then Birklebach comes in for some nice blocks and seemed like Madi Collins set her perfect for kill after kill then set Pola the same and they were just ramming it down Wazzou's throats,
same in teh 5th with Maxwell finishing two kills from Collins
great sub play from Collins and Birklebach,
down 5 4th set and win by five then slam Wazzou in the fth.
got blocked a ton, 20 times, but also got 17 blocks a lot of them 4th and 5th sets
Jeninik was all over the place.
great win when down in the dumps, great defense
another lesson for coaches not to burn challenges early as Wazzou's coach wanted to challenge twice which looked like close calls but ran out earlier in the match.
and Reagan Interviewed again, lol
this team is really good, not dominant on offense, but they sure can play defense, and Reagan seems to have the right touch at the right time.
on to conference, and hope Utah, LMU, and Wazzou start winnning to boost Beach's profile.
