Allowing 2022s into the 5 in 5 does not impact WVB but the 5 in 5 could. Murphy is a very good player that completes her 4 years this year, only was at Baylor 3 years. This would allow her to stay another year if she is interested.

Although the NCAA is appealing this ruling (which they'll likely lose), athletes who graduated high school in 2022 have been granted an extra year of eligibility in 2026-27. Although I didn't see anyone from MBB, WBB, WVB, MVB that was worth exploring, there are a few from the "minor sports" who could play this upcoming year and make a difference.

WBVB - Gementer and Hagenah (#1 team)

W Golf - Madison Le (Big West champ)

M Golf - Patrick Cantalay and Alejandro de Castro Piera

There may be others from other sports who I'm not familiar with too.

With this ruling coming so late, they may have already chosen to move on...
