Prior to his official start date President Blanchard would not yet have the authority over this. It is obvious Apel did this purposely to give Bobby the contract extension.
It would be good if Blanchard removes Apels authority over Athletics and requires him report directly to him in any ideas he may have before Apel takes any action.
It is my understanding Apel wants Athletics to become Division 2.
