why in the world would you ask a 51 year old in any profession when they will retire?

I get around age 55 as a possible succession planning, but you ask and then move on, not something to continue with, just goes to being clueless

the President needs to suspend this AD, pending investigation, including interviews with former coaches, and leave the VP out of the process right now.
