The Point Loma HC, Justin Downer, has a 73-20 career record in his 3rd season at PLNU. He's the best D2 HC in the west but USD probably will pursue a "bigger name" like when they hired Steve Lavin. I'm praying Downer is still available when Acker leaves, whenever that is.

Acker should give him a call, would be a nice 4 for the team.

will be interesting, IF he xfers to D1 again, to see how he adapts quickness wise with D1.

He played well enough in his frosh season with the Niners to see this coming. I think his next move is to transfer to a MWC or Pac 12 type school, but probably not a P4 school. If he had stayed with the Niners, Acker probably would have had him sit on the bench to keep DMX company. No one can question that he made a good move for himself.
