Under the House settlement, the Alston payments (the name given to the approx $6K in additional payments for educational costs that were allowed under the plaintiff lawsuit of the same name) are now folded into the revenue sharing limit, and count against the approx $20 Million revenue sharing limit (up to $2.5 Million).

Schools that did not opt in to the revenue sharing can continue to make Alston payments. So, for Long Beach State, there are no Alston payments whatsover (even if we could afford them).
