The team clamped down on SD, with like 6 minutes left I think SD scored 4 points that last 6 minutes

Despite numerous stops, Beach did not convert - from my view they were almost all good possesions and good looks, just did not have shots drop.

So my judgement on going zone, seemed the team at least finally stopped the penetration, still wonder though no adjustment during that big stretch of a parade to the basket.

on the stat sheet, only 7 TOs, so team did not give away possesioins. the only down side is forced 15 TOs, but only had 13 points off of those, have to convert. SD converted 15 off of 7 Turnovers. While the 7 TOs is great, the team has to convert on the TOs it does create.


Sykes was huge. Still, he and the team are gonna have to get an option down the stretch for him to also move the ball. He's gonna end up with defenders draped all over him.

a win is a win. Now two huge tests in SB & SD, and see if there is growth off of this.
