I would bet there is language that the agreement sunsets should the Pyramid be shutttered.
I'm assuming there is a 'patchwork' plan in place for maintenance for short term. and generally punting on a total re-do. but defer to rivet experts lol

Assuming there will some other recognition made for them on Campus
will be interesting what the terms are. The Bren Center was $1.5 mil in 1987, and Pyramid is more iconic and was $2.1 mil in 2005.
so would think this may be in the neighborhood of $5 mil +, or a significant yearly sponsorship increase from them

Only took 30+ years to finally get a corporate sponsor for the Pyramid. I don't know how much credit Smitheran or Interim Prez Jones gets for this but well done. Lets just hope all the new money is not needed to fix or replace the roof.
