Not much information has come out about those spring matches. I think the Niners are playing some of their true freshman (who enrolled early) to give them a taste of college ball and see where they stand. I thought for sure they were going to acquire an experienced setter through the transfer portal to replace Meyers but they either struck out on the ones they wanted or decided to go with the 3 returning setters.
