while never counting on anything with the NCAA, a win tonight would get pretty close to clinching a NCAA berth, with a resume that I do not think any team could overtake
and hard to see Beach won't get at least one win vs. UCSD next week, which would make it certain
plus. the last time Beach swept the Hawaii series, in Hawaii was 2016, in TJ/ENsign/Tuaniga's frosh year. been a long time.
Beach's away resume is so massively better than any other at-large team.
Undefeated away vs. KPI teams
beat #13 Lewis @ Lewis
beat #14 Pepperdine in Malibu
beat #3 UCLA @ Pauley
beat #4 Irvine in Irvine
beat #11 McKendree in St. Louis
beat #12 Northridge in NOrthridge
beat #2 Hawaii
beat #20 UCSB in SB
beat #21 Lindenwood in Illinois
the next best team on the road is Irvine with wins over Beach & USC, but that's about it. Hawaii has such a massive home schedule this year, will be interesting how the committee views Hawaii's home/away disparity. Especially if Irvine beats them in a BWCT rematch. UCLA has lost 3x on the road

got sloppy, too many dinks 3rd set
great night for the serving subs last set, Binev, then Peluso was key to come back with a couple points, and Hills serving to also play backrow for Danill finished the match.
can't play better than the first two sets. Can play much better the last two sets
Win tommorrow and it's the 4th straight Big West Title. Plus win tommorrow and there's no way they don't get in to the NCAAs. Go Beach!! Previous Message
about the best I've seen this year
serving hard, and tonight minimizing service errors
just some bombs from Kandev and Danill
Larson just keeps getting better in that backrow
