I think they are making a mistake, Fresno has issues and they aren't even close to that
I bet the want to be the Pac xx football team the Pac needs one more. Fresno does not want another valley team though in the Pac

2025-26 is their last year in the Big Sky. They're going D1 independent (like Notre Dame). All other sports will be looking for a new home as the Big Sky mandates that each member must play football.
Will the Mountain West take them in, like Davis? Or, will the Big West take them. Don't see the WCC taking them in and I'm not sure there will be a WAC to join in 2 years. By default, I think it has to be the Big West.
