Next November see how it shakes out. Beach could be anywhere from #1 (doubt it) to #11 (wellllll) next year since very single roster turns over.
just hard to find like 2 impact players since in the past an impact player might have chose Beach to get playing time. Now have to compete selling playing time vs. $$$.
but lots of sophs and such and D2 all want 'contracts' and willing to go somewhere to show what they can do.
not fun, how a coach can deal with this is beyond me.
Lloyd had no staying power. Nagy left, and he got some quality time. but who cares.
we can play all walk ons at this point, so long as MVB can compete for natties and sell out places until we can't anymore. not interested in keeping up with anybody

This is the new reality. Juco- D2 - Lower D1 conferences - P5 conference. Long Beach is attractive to successful D2 kids (or HS kids) looking to make the jump to D1 but NOT a major D1 conference.
We should all expect to have 70%+ roster turnover YOY.... this is the new normal. Why would a kid stay at LB if ANY school will offer him more NIL? These kids are ALL pay for play moving forward. Previous Message
