so we save up all the money over 3 years, then splurge every 4th year, a schollie is worth 30K, so we can offer 12 guys $90k a year every 4th year with a stacked roster.

coach can relax most of the 3 years, no yelling, save their breath

with Monson we didn't win a title every 4 years anyway. this way we be tackling dummies for 3 years, who cares, home games almost like open gym

then that 4th year, balls to the wall!
