There is room for a new assistant since Omartain left for a new job. However, that is the bottom of the totem pole assistant job and probably does not pay enough to get Nicole or Sabrina unless they are just looking to rehabilitate their coaching career.

Hopefully all three are not under contract. Maybe Bjorn but not the others. If they are it should be a cheap buyout. We can't afford to pass on Nicole or Sabrina. Besides they are Beach family and either would be capable to take over the program when Natalie leaves for a multi million dollar P4 gig. Erica is not going to take a dead end job. Vargas was on an upward path. Fullerton is a job killer or dead end for coaches. It is a move up from Riverside, lol, for Cannon who seemed to do well given what she dealt with at Riverside
the Riverside job is open.
also wonder where Chedester will end up at. she's got a bit more time.

Nicole and Sabrina are out at Full. The days of us being able to recruit any polished setter are done. Any setter we recruit will need to be taught from the ground up. Nicole or Sabrina would be good choices as teaching assistants.
