DeGeorge has Cal Poly playing well. Regardless, the situation there is not the same as Beach. He was very good D2 coach (so was Reynolds), he also is not doing a total re-build. he brought his two best players (think Joel Murray type of ability) with him. These two guys can ball and they are in their last year of elgibility. As well as Poly may play this year, one year will be one year. These two players handle the ball 60-70% of the time, and know the system, so he's got head start. It isn't some total rebuild. Next year, just like Acker, he'll have to go out and get a lot of help
do wonder if DeGeorge applied for the Beach job, and if there was any interview.
the AD that hired DeGeorge gave Callero a 5 year extension before terminating him early, hired John Smith, before terminating him early, has hired THREE football coaches who can barely win 1 or 2 games in a season, lol, I guess 20% isn't bad?!
their WVB's coach he inherited.
something a bout a blind squirrel's chances
