cmon, we aren't gonna shoot 3s and FTs every game like SDSU

nor will we be blitzed most games.

SF was very good. Thomas wasn't much factor 1st half, and the guy exploded 2nd half

the main concern was our defenders did not seem to respond well to stopping the 1st step like they had other games that 2nd half. it steam-rolled

I think it's pretty clear though, the offense will have to develop some flow, or the team will be in trouble eventually. it was stale as well vs. SDSU, only Askew and Wainright made so many plays

Askew had 8 TOs vs. SF. Acker simply has to develop plays for other guys to get more touches, and much more with this double screen stuff out at the 3pt line, where we had 3 guys constantly congested on the pick and re-picks. just horrid spacing. It's like the offense is watching Askew and not much else. plus, Askew will wear down playing almost 40 minutes a game, and for a guy with injury history, yikes.

I got exhausted watching this offense.

Not sure how, but we do need to be able to at least run some stuff down low.

We knew Acker was a defense 1st guy, so will see about offense. Defense can only do so much if guys are not getting any energy from the offense.

Portland got blasted vs. SB, but then gave Oregon a game. Fresno played a high scoring game vs. SB. watched some of that. SB has offense, for sure. We can't do it by defense alone though.

I personally think Acker has to force himself to not play Acker as much for 4-5 games, even if it means taking even some more lumps, we need to get other guys used to playing together and not everyone trying to play off of Askew.

can see signs with Denson and Martin, just need for them to get touches, and the bigs as well, guys have to acclimate.
