I really like Natalie but it's too early to give her the permanent job. The team needs to play a lot more consistent from match to match before she becomes a shoe in. I would like to see her get the job but the AD needs to feel that is the right decision and some more matches to solidify this is reasonable. Also, if a recruit signs a LOI and the coach is released then they are not bound by the LOI.

Ok. Now get Bobby to see it your way. If and when his decision is coming hope it's before signing day. That will make some of our 2025 recruits feel secure that Natalie is their coach. If Natale gets the full time gig I hope she lasts longer than Tyklers 2 years. Having success means it won't be long before a Pee4 school comes sniffing around. Then she will be flying off in a private corporate jet so loaded with money it has trouble getting off the ground.

we are about 40% thru the season.

1) Took over in a chaotic situation, and has created a calm and confident program. Kept things together and recruits.

2) the team has shown constant improvement from start of season to now. Granted, maybe it's a bit of an overreaction to give too much weight to 3 straight games. The consistent high level performance in the last 2 weeks is striking.

3) Has been willing to experiment and adjust to the personnel. WIlling to put frosh/soph in high stress positions, and let them work thru learning.

4) Having Bacon and Meyer hit from the right side. Using a frosh, Collins, to set. Making the attack unpredictable.

5) Have seen the explosion of Natalie Glenn as a star. Granted this started under Tyler, but she has been like rocket out of a cannon this year, while even playing all around. Now a 4-5 rotation threat to score.

6) Didn't try to revamp the style, smart enough and showing she can build on what was given to her staff.

7) Articulates a vision. SHe does this really well. She has the demeaner and shows clarity. It's no wonder the team has demonstrated the competence it has.

8)The program has not exhibited 3 straight solid wins like this in a long time and hasn't looked this good since 2014. Granted they were not top 25 teams, but they beat up and beat down on 3 top 100 teams in succession. Team has beat 3 of top 4 WCC teams counting the exhibition in LMU, Wash State, and Pepperdine.

9) Granted it's a long season, and the receiving nagging doubts and development of left attack and reducing a few more errors on the left will take training and some more of these performances to prove consistent. Will see soon if they avoid playing 'down' to some of the Big West competition.

10) the level of crispness and high level VB this last week is a return to or shows what Beach VB fans were used to seeing.

11) There are some huge challenges and competition left. Lots of upside. and likely a couple pitfalls along the way.
