having listened to this as an avid fan

it's great to have the 'fresh' post game thoughts, so those hopefully always occur.

coaches are good at 'coach-speak' - almost funny as they don't like to dwell on negative (like some fans!). but those first 7-8 points of the match last night were DREADFUL

passing is a clear issue. as a fan always wish could get more detail into HOW they'll correct, or you start to get a feeling the coaches cannot correct

particularly it's obvious Maxwell and Velucci are learning how to pass/receive at the D1 level. they'll get unmercifully targetted until proven otherwise, just like Hawaii went after Chacon last year in the last two matches.

coaches can speak for 10 minutes sometimes and not say anything, lol

I'm always interested in what they change and how they teach? a good coach can describe that.

Reagan has the 'it' qaulity. That she has very good command of her language and presentation bodes well IMO. Maybe it was bias, just Joy never gave me confidence in her pressers of more than 'generalizations'.

good to see Maxwell at least continue to serve, which was good, in spite of some rough back-row and getting stuffed repeatedly. I think she could be good.

Hawaii beat SMU, which beat Nebraska, and the little of Hawaii shows some athletic additions.

they also passed like sh$t beginning of matches and turned them around.
