I would be astonished if he hasn't been looking. Maybe like basketball, he already had someone picked. I think this will go quickly.

Peters is not coming back after his interim head coach stint. Another very important position that Smitheran is filling. Hope he's been working behind the scenes for a few weeks to gauge interest in the position. A long extended period to fill this position will only hurt recruiting.
