Familiarity Bias is also bad, really bad. Vic Cegles exhibited famiarity bias to structure a shitty contract after 2011/2012. Just as bad as is recency bias
let the process go like it should. In depth evaluation to get a TEACHER & COMMUNICATOR, that can demonstrate that to more than just the AD.
a 'closed' process of one candidate due to familiarity bias is not a good process at all, any more than the media's 'recency bias' with the Monson circus show that Monson should have shut that down after Monday. So much for staying 'in the moment' lol.
