the 3pt defense and offense is mind-boggling bad. Not just bad, historically horrific.
it's coaching, or actually inability to teach.
there's no other explaination. LAX pleading with players, both sad and funny. like whatever this staff does during practices, nothing registers.
we got outscored beyond the arc by 24 points last night, you can't win games that way game after game. you have to sacrifice and let some scoring inside and trust one on one interior.
if we are being guarded so closely inside, we should have so many wide open 3s, but we don't.

we shoot 30% in conference, we give up 37%
not only that, we've been outscored by 165 or 16.5 points a game at the 3.
you can play fast all you want, and do so stubbornly, but if you are trading 2s for 3ds, you are gonna lose, it's math. I thought Monson was a math major?

I really don't think MOnson knows what to do, or how to teach it if he did. 3 pt game has evolved in basketball. and this team is failing miserably, turning prior decent 3 pt shooters into bad shooters, lol. and meanwhile giving up wide open looks like crazy
