I think Kennedy's loss will be big. Lomigora showed promise in short spurts, but I don't see that as an equal substitution. Also, while Agi was a stud, Glenn and Karich were always nicked up. When they were out, opponents just had to concentrate on stopping Agi. If we're ever catching up with Hawaii and UCSB, we need another big hitter who's physical and durable. In year 3 for Tyler, most fans will be disappointed if we don't make the NCAA tournament.
Pins return Agi and Karich, who was really starting to get into a groove before her injury, on the left, and Glenn on the right. Narancich showed a lot of promise spelling Glenn on the right. I would like to see her train on the left for depth at that position. O'Reilly will be a fine backup for Glenn on the right.
Lomigora also impressed this year at middle. So, she should be able to be a starter next season, opposite Bacon. Depth is needed. There is a middle recruit coming in next season. Her name is Presley Yates. She's not as tall as I'd like, at 6-1, and I know little about her. This position should be top priority if Tyler is looking for a portal transfer.
Setter and back row appear set with Meyer at setter. In addition to Hayes and Milani Lee, we also have a freshman, Madison Maxwell, coming in. So, we're deep there, as well as at back row, with Chacon, Giambi, Velucci all returning, and adding Kamryn Santi.
Seems ok
There were 3 or 4 elite players, but they are likely getting major NIL money, Neb and Texas addex elite arms, ...might still see something in may
Even wjth Kennedy graduatimg, sbould be better with the new arms and Velucci avail next year
The early signing period has come and gone and no press release on signees. There were 3 or 4 verbals that were reported earlier on social media but nothing now. Also, no information has leaked out about any current players entering the transfer portal or any players transferring to the Niners. Has been a strange (and dull) off-season for WVB.
