Long Beach State Athletics!: What will the "leftovers" do?

Conjecture that the top MWC schools (SDSU and Boise) prefer moving to the "Pac 12" with OSU and WSU, but leave behind the schools they perceive to be dragging the MWC down, New Mexico, Wyoming, and Air Force. If that happens, either the MWC disappears or takes on a bunch of FCS schools from the Big Sky to stay alive.

Invitations out Friday morning. I guess this also makes the decision easy for Utah, Arizona and ASU to jump to the B12. Heard Stanford (and maybe Cal) may go independent in football hoping to land a spot in the B10 in the distant future. Not sure where their other sports will go if either go independent. Surely not the Big West???
