it has nothing to do with him somehow parlaying one really good year next year into another contract.

the guy would have to show INTEREST in actually PROMOTING Long Beach and Long Beach State...something he has NEVER DONE.

even if that changed to 2-4 this year, and 2-6 respectively, it's still a crap resume
