AT, Jones, AJ all 33 minute players
LT a 30 minute player
that leaves the rest 7-8 guys competing for the other 100 minutes. between competition and staff reinforcing good decision making and playing to roles on the court with playing time, should be interesting. and competition will be good Previous Message
this is the depth I like
left out:
PG: A Traore
SG: A. Traore
WIngs: A. Traore
C: A. Traore
modern basketball no longer is a 1,2,3,4,5 position game
3 wings & 2 forward
or 4 wings and 1 big/shot-blocker (this latter is what the Lakers & a lot of teams do)
hopefully Monson has got it thru his thick skull to get guys spaced on offense (we saw some of that 'evolution' out of necessity thru injuries in 2021, and last year not getting always bogged down in classic PG dribbling around)
the guys I expect to play:
wings
Jones, Rotegaard, THompson, Issa, Tsahonis, AJ, AT, Silva
bigs
Polynice, Stroud, LT, Rotegaard, AT, NGoyi, Jones, AJ
Polynice & Lewis to me are the 2 most intriguing players.
Polynice showed a potential for a pick and pop big, shot blocking force (but how dedicated is he to brusing it up and improvement. & Lewis potential playing at D1 speed. Previous Message

I love the depth!
10 quality players who can give us great minutes without even mentioning Freshmen Hart(RS), Ngoyi (RS) and Lewis. I don't know how good they will be, but Lewis comes in as a 3 star recruit, and his HS numbers indicate he could be a factor too. Prior to hurting his knee, Ngoyi was described to me as the fastest player on the team. Not so sure about Hart, he wasn't ready last year, but his pedigree is amazing, look forward to seeing him on the court.
