Women dominated, with Flick just breezing to a 800 meter win to double 800/3000 - should be Track athlete of year again

for the men, glad I watched, great drama. Fullerton's 4x100 relay false started earlier in the day costing them points, later our #1 Shot Putter in league fouled over and over and didn't even score

then Beach's 1500 meter champ Phillips earlier in the day, came back to run the 5000 m an event not normally run and finishes 2nd for points beating probably 25 runners with better times coming in, keeping Beach in front.

Fullerton ties it up in the high jump, so comes down to 4x400 relay where Full had #1 rated relay ad a 4 second better mark coming in. Both teams tied so winner of 4x400 wins, and back and forth, our anchor was a second behind and then kudos chases down Fullerton's anchor but just a hair short by 0.02 photo finish at the tape, almost a dead heat co-championship - great heart by our 4x400 relay team and that anchor (can't remember the name) ran the race of his life to catch up. The 4x100 relay won earlier with terrific baton passing. almost had the Hollywood finish, still a great meet, the individuals on these two T&F teams just have to be exhausted with the multiple events over 2 days - just great stuff.
