the Volleyball coaches are doing weekly's, so the communications via media for Volleyball is at a high level across the board

MBB sucks, for some reason I guess Monson doesn't feel like it's his job or has ever felt it's his job to promote Long Beach, which is a one of the reasons he'll be gone (there is NO doubt) after next year, and part of the reason attendance fell so far, and part of the reason he's been mediocre since 2012. whether MOnson doesn't know how or doesn't care about communications and promotion - it does not matter - he absolutely has had a F in that aspect of the job. He doesn't project enthusiasm unfortunately.

but hopefully next year his assistants continue to do some aspect of that for him. we have some good quality MBB assistants, and hope they are delegated to communicate more next year, given how critical it is with the core of the MBB team

Great to have a WBB coach that ARTICULATES clearly & can project confidence and competence like our Volleyball coaches; and doesn't stammer, fumble, and stumble like the MBB coach who never seemed to think it important to improve himself in that area.
