This seems like a reasonably good hire on paper. As previously stated, we may end up being a stepping stone for bigger things, or maybe she'll find LB to be a good personal fit and stay a while.

the idea you need a permanent AD is not something I suscribe to, unless you were actually starting a D1 program from scratch.
resumes always look good, she definitely has a background of success and more importantly, a lot of continuity in jobs is what stands out. Previous Message
