I just cringe reading most anything coming from Jane

I do not know what rock she has lived under...well yeah she lived in that Santa Barbara 'bubble' for a number of years and still hangs out there with her gang. still sees Long Beach I think as something divorced from the reality of what it is

just on this graduation fiasco it's mind-numbing

I get it, she didn't know how to handle a decision about Graduation that was likely made almost NINE months ago to reserve and commit toAnaheim stadium. On some level I can understand some potential 'uncertainty' on things at last summer that cause to re-up knowing it had already been held there a couple times. she got 'comfortable' with that scenario

but sheesh. just state unequivacally state that next year's graduation will take place ON CAMPUS. just be a leader and commit to it. if there's another 'act of god' of course you can change. Don't make it like there's actually some possibility to go back to a stadium again, like it really needs some massive cost-benefit evaluation. yikes!!

this is the biggest thing about her. she just seems to be in some bubble and her leadership ability to communicate and project is severely lacking. every decent decision gets lots in a myriad of her somehow trying to be 'socially/academical correct' as to be obtuse to projecting thoughtful leadership that stakeholders/people would actually want to associate with anything she says
