wouldn't want him to be AD if it meant Knipe not being the MVB head coach. Knipe is part of the recruiting attraction for elite players.

I think he would be a great A.D. for the Niners. If McRae is ready to be head coach, wouldn't this be a win-win? I'd hate to lose McRae to another school and have no heir apparent.

no muddled messaging

runs a program like a professional caliber franchise, i.e. why a player the caliber of Nikolov would choose to come to Beach in order for the BEST preparation/training he could get

embraces challenges

exudes calmness and preparing his teams to 'perform in the moment'

communicates regularly and takes the initiative to promote the program HIMSELF to the entire Long Beach community.

'gets it' in what it means and projects to be Long Beach State, and makes that a positive.

jeez, wish there was a way to make this guy the AD and head coach.
