Tyler is a better choice than I ever expected our hapless AD Fee to ever make, but he’s still obviously inexperienced as a head coach. A change in coach can give a team a spark and enthusiasm, and that’s what happened early on, but this team is out of contention and getting worn down as the season goes on (while other teams get stronger), and it’s harder to respond to mere enthusiasm. Tyler needs to rely on coaching now, not simply cheerleading. He doesn’t seem to have given a lot of thought thought to alternate lineups because his choices have been puzzling and/or flat out bad. He said last week they were going to work hard on getting passing back to form, and it was the worse passing all season.
I think part of the problem is that he doesn’t have anyone on staff who actually has experience training vs playing.
just horrific receiving and really to one SB server. serve- receive is just plain bad.
not a good performance, we look like Riverside
