Being directly responsible for all the aspects of running a vb program is one thing that differentiates a Head Coach from an Assistant. It doesn't have to be a great leap, depending on how much actual responsibility or interaction an Assistant actually had, much it is different. I heard Tyler mention in a past press conference, in a joking way, that he had to learn/remember to prepare or submit his player lineup to the ref at the start of the match. Maybe not that much of a big deal, but it illustrates the point.
lol, well it s not like lacking that should be a show stopper
Part of me thinks Tyler either has overanalyzed or over committed to certain ideas
NOt using O Sullivan has been the biggest head scratcher to m
lol You were the one that kept saying no previous Head Coaching experience wasn't a big deal.
lol, so he finally discovers he recruited O'sullivan!!
then forgets she's not a backrow player
I mean, I thought Tyler was 'exceptional'
anyway, he figured it out
but man, didn't see all of it, but what in hades is with the timing with our middles
and like no blocks
it looked like we were gonna get pulverized
just win a I guess, just hard to get a handle on this team other than one has to credit them in crunch time....well not set 4 crunch time with like 4 straight attack errors to end the set
that set and a half for the 2nd and 3rd was simply horrific
Never a dull moment with this team. It's almost as through they are playing Texas or Nebraska every match. Nice that someone discovered that Victoria O'Sullivan and Nicole Hoff are still on the team. It would have been an embarrassing loss without O'Sullivan tonight.
