it's like every match they have to both lose their confidence and also get their confidence, sometimes in different order

at some point can they just play an entire match with confidence, lol

this win should help their confidence a bit -- down 2 set and coming back and winning the last 3 shows they are gaining that never give up attitude -- lets work hard in practice and go down to san diego and pick up a win and then stop off at uci and pick up our 2nd win of the week--- one match at a time ------------------

3-2 over NOrthridge

got blocked and couldn't stop Northridge 1st two sets

maybe someone can explain why our block against tough non-conf opponents was effective, and now vs. the Big West it's....well not as good

Kennedy is really shining, as did Morgan Chacon again

thank god!!!! Tyler got it thru his thick skull to go away from BIC city!!! after the first two sets!!! yeah!!!!!

some good digs tonight, mixed up serves as the match went on

Northridge was setting moon balls a lot, and still had trouble early to get an effective block, but the one hitter was like 6'5"

when Tyler says he wants to be slow to make adjustments but when he does to be quick/effective....well yeah, but please adjust a bit quicker coach!!!! nerve-racking

I think we tried about 25 BICs the first 2 sets (hint, by now doesn't the coaching staff look at the stats on those), and then about 10 or so the last 3 sets...yeah!!!! good coaching there staff!!

good to see Jordan in the 5th set just play good floor D, and then on attacks just dial it back a bit to at least roll shots and stop trying to hammer everything into a block or high - better to at least not give away points
