if there is one piece of advice for (Fee and Ferrera specifically by example) to transform their leadership , it is in an article this year that is written BY a student athlete and about student athletes, about a student athlete that probably did the #1 OUTSTANDING marketing beyond anything the AD or any of his people could think of ....

it sums it up what Fee/Ferrera MUST do to be LEADERS LB State needs them to be.....

“The hot dog must be willing to make a fool of themselves, and a selfless attitude of wanting to bring great energy to the game for the players and fans, said Harward"

...and no, they don't have to literally dress up as a hot dog, but I think it's the projection/attitude/leadership spoken of that counts, a real leader isn't gonna give a crap about how they look & their image!
