every school is setting up the education
it's the AD working wink wink with boosters so that boosters raise their money seperately to pay the players the coaches want, lol
it's a delimma - the ADs want boosters to fund programs, and boosters paying players directly can reduce funds to the AD, .....so have to find more boosters to make it work
