what is amazing is the disclaimers, of NIL not able to be used to recruit (i.e. make deals) with recruits, yet there are reports of deals with recruits that apparently pass legal muster

so I guess foundations can recruit without recruiting - like there's a NIL deal if a prospective recruit is a the university, but he prospective deal is not recruiting, lol

then how is this going to go down, 250 athletes at a unversity, but maybe 10% get real NIL money/deals - how does a coach deal with chemistry and all the 'hurt feelings' and disparity NIL is gonna create on teams
