Beach VB goes 5-0 vs. Cal POly for a big win, but then yet another 3-2 loss (they are piling up) against a ranked team, this time Hawaii. team continues to be 'close' but just can't close out a 3-2 result this year.

MVB perhaps teh most complete performance. Aside from a stretch of 5 straight service errors that stagnated the attack in set one, LB was dominant.

Tonight though in SB is simply huge. LB needs desperately needs a road win to shore up their road record for the NCAA criteria in selection. People should not be fooled about LB's prospects, because the selection criteria has a couple things working against LB (the PSU loss stings in particular).

a loss today isn't the worst thing, but a win tonight is really significant towards BWCT seeding and the at-large.

gonna be tougher at SB, SB has some pretty effective servers that LB needs to repeat the qualify of their serve receive from last night
