With Hildebrand coming in he will want to establish his culture for the program as all new coaches do. If good Kash shows up and buys in and responds to his new training the sky is the limit. If bad Kash shows up and is all about herself and has bad body language when things do not go her way then she will be a distraction and have a negative impact on establishing the new program.

I hold a glass half full position concerning Kash and believe she would have excelled under the new coach but many believe otherwise.
