I'm thinking both depends on pro aspect and how much the Bulgarian National team wants him to prep under Knipe. maybe he can sell enough autographs in Bulgaria to not think about turning pro for awhile
thinking 2 years max, anything above that will be gravy Previous Message
For the first match of the season very good hitting efficiency and great ace's to service errors ratio. Alex is a level above most college players. Will he stay more than one year? Depends how much cash the pro's throw at him and how much he likes the college experience. The pro's threw a lot of money at TJ and he stayed. Previous Message
well, Harvard looked solid, considering not playing a match for about 2 years, and then this being their 3rd match in 4 days, they were a solid test.
what stood out.
Nikolov, wow factor, ok, so the 2nd and 3rd sets tapered down a bit. what a serve
in fact the team serving was about as good as it gets
Knipe, looked so much better, good connection and timing, no problem there
Godbold, wow, backed of FOY, the guy can place his shots
it just looked like the team played with a great tempo and quickness
of course, next week they get to face maybe the top MB in D1 in Mitchem from Lewis, so we'll see how they fare on the road, haven't played a road non-conf match for 2 years - it'll be tougher than Harvard, hopefully the trip occurs, fingers crossed, will know a lot more after playing Lewis and Loyola back to back
we're top 5 D1 for sure, now see how good Previous Message
I know it's only one set, but gotta see this guy play as much as possible. He ain't gonna stay in college for 4 years.
serious 1st team AA material, eye-popping, jaw-dropping talent. TJ, Crabb, this guy's gonna be in that group Previous Message
