Hiring a volunteer assistant is usually straight forward. The complications and timeline here lead one to believe this hire may be a major name. Could be just drama or maybe a name that would make the VT naysayers heads explode.

what's to negotiate? the expense report, lol?
hopefully it'll be no more than a couple weeks, if the VA isn't 'all in' and not flexible, then heck move on. There's enough positive 'buzz'. If it happens great, if not, nbd.
Already have an 'A' team in place, so adding more 'A' to the 'A' team would be great, and there's still A-Z out there to help! Previous Message
