hopefully it'll be no more than a couple weeks, if the VA isn't 'all in' and not flexible, then heck move on. There's enough positive 'buzz'. If it happens great, if not, nbd.
Already have an 'A' team in place, so adding more 'A' to the 'A' team would be great, and there's still A-Z out there to help!
