Hi,
Unless you like to look at sone foundations, I wouldn't call it a building. The abandoned site is the Singer Sewing building, just south of the spillway on route 35/118. Follow the overflow of the reservoir south on route 35. there is a trout brook in about 1/2 mile the is a stone marker designating the site of the Singer Sewing Macine factory. A better site is just noth of Amawalk Reservoir , The Umbrella Factory off of Brickhill Rd. in Lincoldale, NY Take 118 north to Route 202 East past the golf coarse, at the light make a right to rte. 139 (Primrose St.) and a quick left to Brickhill Rd. your next left is Oak St. follow the street to the end, at a cul-de-sac walk a few hundred feet in to the woods and you'll find an old stone structure. Further east on Brickhill Rd. on the right is a dirt path which is the remnent of a spur line (railroad) that went from Goldens Bridge to Lake Mahopac ( 8 miles ).
Good Luck,
Mike
