Putnam County is currently developing a park along the old Put ROW in Carmel. Ruins in the woods seem to indicate where the ROW was supposed to run north but was never completed. Old bridge abutments and RR grade exist in an uncompleted state. The ROW that was completed run to Brewster. Any verification of what looks like the unfinished ROW would be appriciated.
