Latest on this abandoned, reportedly haunted mental hospital: some developers are trying to carve the 24-acre property (within walking distance to one of the most beautiful villages in NYS and nearby CT) into two dozen home sites with possibly serious negative impact on the local community and environment. The plan will not fly--most folks in Katonah oppose it.
