I've been looking for the Theall-McCollum Mine which is located off of Magnetic Mine Rd, next to Lower Mine Rd and Stoneleigh Ave. in Brewster NY near Southeast NY. Someone on this forum was talking about the exact area I have been to where we parked next to a bridge over a canal connecting the Croton Falls resevoir with the East Branch resevoir. We then walked past an iron bar-gate up a hill and all around that mountain but still have not been able to find the mine enterance. I believe this mine is different from the Tilly Foster mine also in that area. Please if anyone has any information on this it would be greatly appreciated.
