Oh yeah, I forgot, there are also some abandoned wells and foundations in Northern Westchester, in Cortlandt Manor.
One of them is a large artesian well, maybe 20 feet wide x 20 feet deep, lined with brick. Probably a hundred years old or so. It's off Hill and Dale Road, which is off of Furnace Dock Road. I could give you more specific directions if your're interested.
