Important World deadline

Good Afternoon, It's hard to believe that we are so close to the deadline for the 2012 World's Universal Beauty competition in Dallas, TX. We are very excited to be traveling to Dallas again and are looking forward to another wonderful event. I sent an email to all contestants with the information below so if you have not received it I must not have had your correct email address. I have listed below a check list of important things you need to be aware of just in case you did not receive one by email: 1. Final deadline for pictures, forms, ads and final deposit is December 12. Remember that it has to be in our office on December 12 so make plans for your type of mailings, as with the holidays, regular mail is moving very slow. Avoid the late fees by getting everything to headquarters on time. 2. Your picture can be emailed to: olmpictures@yahoo.com but make sure that it is within the size requirement for emailing. Pictures sent to any other email address will be deleted. Do not send forms to this email address either as it is just for pictures. 3. Your forms can be faxed(225-274-8243), emailed, as well as being mailed. Just make sure you make exceptions for slow holiday delivery. Delivery confirmation is suggested just in case your package gets lost. 4. Any ads that you have sold must also be in our office on Dec 12 and must also be paid for at that time. 5. Your hotel reservations must be made at the Westin Park Central in Dallas, TX by the Dec 12 deadline as well. The number to call for reservations is 1-800-937-8461. You should have received your contestant handbook and forms by now unless you have just turned in your deposit. In the email that I sent to each of you, I included a copy of the World forms for a quicker reference. Please let me know if you have any questions! Kay Kogel
