We flew Southwest to Dallas in January and no they do not have anywhere to hang garment bags:-)
Everything that you carry on will have to go in the overhead bins. Mandi and I each took one carry on suitcase that was the max size and between the two we packed all of her competetion clothing, shoes and accessories. As soon as we got to the room we pulled it out and steamed it.
