We've been contacted by a few organizations outside of the US (Trinidad, Mexico, & others) that were interested in having local WPBTCA chapters. I wonder if these guys were one of them? They look like they're doing a good job. . .
Sean, do you have some contact info for these guys, or the people interested in starting a separate Working Pit Bull club?
