I want to create my own sound library but it's very hard to find a file. I want to arrange it into a database that easy to use in macintosh (or windows). I like the system of garageband (an app in Apple iLife) that use many tag to find files in range. how can I do or what application? please help. (sorry 4 my silly eng)
